【摘要】:1ThispartofISO15023establishesasystemofdesignationforpoly(vinylalcohol)(PVAL)materialswhichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofpoly(vinylalcohol)(PVAL)materialsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonthedesignatoryproperties:a)degreeofhydrolysisb)viscosityofaqueoussolutionunderdefinedconditionsandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO15023isapplicabletopoly(vinylalcohol)(PVAL)materialswithadegreeofhydrolysisnotlessthan70mol%.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpellets,andtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO15023doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsdescribedinISO15023-2,asappropriate.5Inordertospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
